Carpet Cleaning
Cleaning your carpet enhances its appearance, life expectancy and also improves indoor air quality. With 29 years in the industry caring for carpets, you will be assured of outstanding results. Virtually all spots and stains can be removed with carpets being left hygienically clean.
We use cleaning agents that are non-resoiling, non-toxic and bio-degradable,but if preferred detergent free cleaning is available using 'micro-splitting' technology.
De-odourising and Sanitising products can also be applied if you have certain odour problems ( Urine, Milk, Vomit etc )
Another service we provide is Carpet Protection using UV Stable polymer stain guards. This chemical will repel oil and water based products making it easier to clean up after a spillage.
Carpet Cleaning System
Prior to cleaning, all carpets are power vacuumed ,pre-sprayed and agitated before using our 2 following systems :
Hot water extraction
This is our preferred method as it rinses deep into the carpet fibres guaranteeing a thorough clean, removing more dirt than any other system. General drying time is 2 - 6 hours.
Texatherm low moisture system
If a quick drying time is required or for great results on low profile industrial type carpets this method is recommended. Typical drying time is within 1 hour.
Upholstery cleaning
Here at DreamClean I have personally cleaned in excess of 4000 suites since 1990 so have enormous experience in getting the best results in cleaning your upholstery.
All areas are pre-sprayed and gently agitated, then the broken down soil is removed using Hot Water Extraction. The hand tool used cleans across the surface of the fabric ensuring minimal moisture left behind and an excellent drying time.
Leather Cleaning
Leather upholstery is often neglected as it is seen as an item that needs little or no maintenance. This is untrue unfortunately as leather over a period of time will soil, dry out by losing its natural oils and eventually crack.
The simple process of cleaning leather using a cleaner and conditioner, along with a natural brush and cloths will visibly improve its appearance and prolong its life.
